On arrival at the Theatre there is disabled parking and an automatic door to get in and out of the building.

The Box Office and Lolfa (Lounge Area) are on the ground floor where there is a shop during events. The Lolfa leads to the auditorium, disabled toilet and dressing rooms.

The Theatre has a wide stage and a 242 seat auditorium which is set on raked seating with 4 wheelchair spaces at the front and a hearing loop.
